Course Objective
Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business (BBA IB) is a 3 years Graduation Course having 6 semesters.
The course teaches the students about the higher level concepts in the domain of International Business and Foreign Trade. The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional aspects of a logistics and operations, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area. B.B.A. (IB) programs thus expose students to a variety of “core subjects” and generally allow students to specialize in a specific academic area.
This course develops the student’s practical, managerial and communication skills, and business decision-making capability. Many programs incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, internships, industrial visits, and interaction with experts from the industry.

Eligibility Criteria
(i) Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with 5 passes; AND
(ii) Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or its equivalent with at least 2 Principal passes obtained at the same sitting.
(iii) International students must produce the equivalency certificates from UNEB, equating their foreign qualifications as equivalent of (i) and (ii) above.
(iv) Students of HEC (Business/IT) with minimum score of class ii credit obtained from an accredited University shall also be considered after assessment of their previous awards.
(v) Diploma with minimum score of Class II Credit in a similar stream shall be considered for credit exemptions after assessment of their previous awards.
